Austin Alko first got into engineering when he was just 14 years old. What started as late-night experimenting with sound quickly grew into a lifelong pursuit of understanding what makes a record hit, and learning how to bring an artist’s vision to life.

Fast forward to today: at 24 years old, Austin opened Alkosroom in May 2025. This studio is the product of over a decade of hands-on work, growth, and a relentless drive to provide high quality, professional recording and production services.

Over the years Austin has accumulated over 60 million streams on songs he’s mixed and has had the honor of working with artists such as Futuristic, Michael Minelli, Pertinence, Tony22, Phora, Prof, Lexy Panterra, Murs, Chris Webby, Blackway, Oswin Benjamin, Krizz Kaliko, Stephen Wilson Jr. and Sam King. These collaborations helped shape the studio’s sound, refined his ear, and solidified his commitment to take every session seriously, from the first idea to the final master.
